i think that was the best fighting game ever and surprised they haven’t come out with one for PS3 yet. Does anyone know what happened or why that game fell off, it was very popular?

It was developed by Rare, which was later acquired by Microsoft. I wouldn’t hold out for any PS releases, as most attention has been on XBLA revivals, Perfect Dark being their latest update. (The Goldeneye 007 update is being produced by other companies.)
